Single-class pilots are free for a term. Whole-school pricing is bespoke.
Schools running a single-class pilot get free platform access for one term, a teacher dashboard with class progress, weekly check-ins with our team, and a printed pilot pack (consent form, teacher guide, one-pager).
After the pilot, schools can extend with bespoke per-student pricing. No automatic conversion and no card on file.

The first child is the base price for your chosen plan ($19.99/month). Each additional child is $10 more per month on the same plan. Discounts on 6-month and annual plans apply to the whole subscription, not just the first child.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your parent dashboard. If you move to a longer plan, the discount applies from your next billing date. If you move to a shorter plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from your first paid subscription. If you've used the platform minimally (fewer than three sessions), we'll refund in full. After that, monthly plans are non-refundable from the next billing date but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Longer plans (6-month and annual) get a pro-rata refund for the unused period, less any discount you received. Refunds are processed by Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Australian Consumer Law rights are preserved in full. See our terms for the detail.
Some families use NDIS Capacity Building funding for educational technology where it aligns with goals in their plan. Whether Rise Bright is claimable depends on your plan and your plan manager. We're happy to provide a tax invoice that names "adaptive learning subscription" as the service. Get in touch and we'll help you figure it out.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. We don't store card details on our servers.
At the end of 14 days you can choose a plan and continue, or do nothing and your trial simply ends. We don't auto-charge a card you never gave us.
