Our story

A personal mission

Rise Bright began with a simple question: "Why isn't there a learning platform that actually understands how neurodivergent kids learn?"

As a parent of a neurodivergent child, our founder understands the frustration of watching a bright child struggle in traditional learning environments. And as someone who understands how critical data protection is, they knew that any platform for children had to be secure from the ground up.

When we discovered that no platform in Australia properly combined neurodivergent-friendly design with Australian Curriculum alignment AND proper security, the decision was clear: build it ourselves.

About our logo

Drawn by the hands that inspired us

Our logo wasn't designed in a boardroom or by an agency. It was drawn by the very child who inspired Rise Bright, our founder's neurodivergent daughter.

The vibrant purples, oranges, and pinks reflect the colourful, creative minds of the children we build for. The flowers represent growth. The bold "RB" is a reminder that every child's unique expression has value.

We kept it exactly as she drew it. No polish, no corporate clean-up. Because Rise Bright is about celebrating how neurodiverse minds work, not making them fit a mould.

Our mission

15-20% of Australian students are neurodivergent. That's over 1 million children who learn differently. Most educational technology ignores them or treats accommodations as an afterthought.

Rise Bright exists to change that. We believe every child has brightness within them. Sometimes they just need the right environment for it to shine.
