We delete most of it if your parents ask us to
"Remember! If something feels wrong or makes you uncomfortable online, always tell a parent, guardian, or teacher right away. We're all here to help you stay safe!"
Nope! Your friends can't see it. Your parents can, and so can a teacher or tutor your parents say yes to. If your school set up your account, your school can see it too, unless your parents turn that off. A tutor your school asks to help you can see it only after your parents say yes. Sometimes a Rise Bright helper looks too, to fix a problem or to keep you safe.
That's okay! Your parents can ask us to delete your information at any time. We keep a few things we need, like a note that they asked and some safety reports that help keep kids safe. Your parents can read about them in our full privacy policy.
So we can make learning more fun for YOU! Some kids learn best with pictures, some with stories, and some by doing. We want to help you in the way that works best for you!

You can download your child's data or ask us to delete your account from your My Data page. You can remove a child profile from your parent dashboard, and restore it within 30 days if your subscription is active and has room for it.
